Cancellation policity
The reservation cannot be canceled or modified.
Booking and down-payment policy
Your booking is confirmed with a down-payment of 100% of your total. The down payment can be paid with credit card or via bank transfer. Your reservation is considered to be valid only in case of a successful credit card transaction, or if the bank transfer of the down payment has arrived until the deadline. The discount is only applicable in case of reservations made at least 30 days before the arrival.
The discount cannot be combined with other discounts, and it is not applicable special seasons (e.g. Christmas, New Year’s Eve, and Easter).
Our discount is reduced from the room price of the actual day.
