Important information
Booking and Payment Terms
- Booking confirmation: To finalize reservations for our peak season and holiday packages, a 50% prepayment of the total accommodation fee is required (for certain peak holiday periods, such as New Year's Eve, the hotel may require a 100% prepayment). The deposit must be paid within 5 working days after the reservation by bank transfer or as a SZÉP Card advance payment.
- Payment methods: The remaining accommodation fee and any additional services used are payable on site. Accepted payment methods: Cash (HUF), Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro), and SZÉP Card (OTP, MKB, K&H).
- Prices include: The displayed package prices include the VAT required by law and the services detailed in the selected package.
Tourist Tax
- The package prices do not include the tourist tax.
- The tourist tax is 550 HUF / person / night, payable separately on site by guests aged 18 and over, in addition to the accommodation fee.
Cancellation and Modification Policy for Peak Periods The following stricter cancellation policy applies to holiday and peak season packages:
- Free cancellation: Reservations may be cancelled or modified free of charge up to the 14th day before the arrival date. In this case, the paid deposit will be refunded in full or, upon request, credited towards a future stay.
- Cancellation fee:
- In case of cancellation between 14 and 7 days before arrival, the cancellation fee is 50% of the total reservation amount (the paid deposit serves as the cancellation fee).
- In case of cancellation, date modification within 7 days before arrival, or a no-show, the cancellation fee is 100% of the total reservation amount.
- Early departure: If the guest leaves before the end of the booked stay, the hotel reserves the right to charge the accommodation fee for the entire reserved period.
