Take advantage of our summer picnic offer and hike in the picturesque mountains and forests, and we'll complete your nature-friendly relaxation with a free picnic basket full of delicacies and free castle admission!

The picnic basket can be picked up between 12:00 and 16:00. Please notify the reception of your intention to pick it up at least 30 minutes in advance to avoid waiting! The service cannot be requested on the day of arrival and departure!

Booking and Payment Terms

• Booking confirmation: To finalize your reservation (depending on the selected package), a credit card guarantee or a 50% deposit is required.
• Payment methods: The accommodation fee and any additional services used are payable on site. Accepted payment methods: Cash (HUF), Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro), and SZÉP Card (OTP, MKB, K&H).
• Prices include: The displayed package prices include the VAT required by law and the services detailed in the selected package.

Tourist Tax

• The package prices do not include the tourist tax.
• The tourist tax is 550 HUF / person / night, payable separately on site by guests aged 18 and over.

Cancellation and Modification Policy The following standard cancellation policy applies to direct bookings and standard discounted packages:

• Free cancellation: Reservations may be cancelled or modified free of charge up to the 7th day before the arrival date.
• Cancellation fee: In the event of cancellation, date modification within 7 days prior to arrival, or a no-show, the cancellation fee is 50% of the total reservation amount.
• Early departure: If the guest leaves before the end of the booked stay, the hotel reserves the right to charge the accommodation fee for the entire reserved period.

Peak Periods and Holidays: Please note that special booking and cancellation conditions (e.g. free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival or 100% prepayment) may apply during peak holiday periods (such as Easter, Christmas, and New Year's Eve) and for our themed weekends.
